Our interaction with job seekers revealed that they do not have opportunities to present themselves to Tech audiences and most of them shy away in spite of having good tech skills. Therefore, the problem like poor communication, fear and low confidence level over shadow their technical skills. To help job seekers overcome these we started conducting frequent events in both educational and employment period where job seekers get opportunity to present their projects to both internal and external audiences.
We have conducted open networking events for job seekers, developers, experts, entrepreneurs, spiritual gurus to promote the awareness for the society on how to use open source for health, education. We have structured these events as tech events, talent shows and guest lectures.
It consists the following,
- Business leaders coaching and guidance for entrepreneurship.
- Spiritual leaders discourse for health and mind.
- Environmentalist to educate about green and nature.
- Doctors to promote health care.
- IT specialists to promote latest technologies.
- Celebrities to create entertainment and fun.
- Political leaders & Activist to help us educate on democracy.
